School Uniform
Dear Parent/Guardian,
We here in Maynooth Post Primary School take great pride in our school uniform and we expect all our students to be in full school uniform at all times. The uniform is available to order at the following link :

The uniform consists of the following items:
- School jumper with crest
- Light blue shirt/blouse
- School tie
- Navy trouser or kilt
- Dark Coloured (Black or Navy) leather or leather look formal shoes (all black sports or canvas runners such as converse are not permitted)
- School Jacket (Two different styles of jacket are available)
- Lab Coat (Available from Savi Clothing)
Thank you for supporting us in our implementation of the school shoe policy last year. We will continue to monitor this in the coming year. In the light of this we are attaching samples of school shoes which are acceptable and also samples which are acceptable and
also samples which are not acceptable. If you have any queries in relation to this please contact the school.
It is compulsory for all students to wear our school jackets. In conjunction with the students, staff, PTA and the uniform subcommittee we have sourced a choice of two school jackets.
One of the jackets is waterproof and will have the student’s initials on the sleeve of the jacket, the other is a soft padded jacket - both jackets are available from Savi Clothing. Please click on the link below -

These are the only jackets that will be will be accepted as part of our school uniform.
All other jackets will be taken from students and returned to parents only. This will be done by contacting parents who will be requested to collect the non-school jacket from reception
before the end of the day.
Please note that tracksuit bottoms, leggings, jeans, boots, runners or trainers are not allowed as part of the school uniform.
It is advisable to name tag all items of uniform.
PE gear is also compulsory and consists of a Sports Top, Navy Track Suit Bottoms and School Hoodie. These are available for purchase by clicking on the following link: https://schoolsportsuniforms.ie/collections/maynooth-education-campus
Full school uniform must be worn every day.
Please note that "Converse"/"Vans" style runners are not permitted for PE classes.
If a student arrives to school out of uniform, home will be contacted and Parent/Guardian will be requested to collect their son/daughter from school or provide the required uniform.
